★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 120 reviews · 1 hour 15 minutes (approx.) · from $57Our pick

Meet Yoga Floats at Ala Moana Beach Park for a 75-minute paddleboard yoga class in waist-deep water. Your instructor explains balance, leads seated, kneeling, standing, and stretching poses, then finishes with a floating savasana. No yoga or paddleboarding experience is required, and groups are limited to 10.

“Yoga Floats was such a relaxing time! I went with my brother, who has no experience with yoga, and neither of us had paddleboarded before. The instructor was so nice and showed different variations of each pose so that everyone could participate no matter how experienced at yoga you are. This is a must in Honolulu!!”

“Yoga by the beach with Olivia was a beautiful way to start my day! She is a great yoga instructor who checked in with me at the beginning about previous yoga practices and what I enjoyed :) Olivia incorporates breathing awareness, pacing to match where you're at and adjustments to support your positions. Was a lovely and unique experience to practice yoga next to a large banyan tree looking out to the ocean 🌊 I ended up being the only student so I was able to get the class basically as a private one which was a cherry on top! Highly recommend yoga with Olivia 🧘‍♀️”
